4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a consultation/report/digital product has been delivered.

  • Rescheduling of consultations is allowed once if informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In case of non-attendance without notice, the booking will be marked as used.
