Refund Policy – AstrologiStar

At AstrologiStar, we value your trust and aim to deliver quality astrology consultations, reports, and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Reports, Courses, Remedies)

All sales of digital astrology reports, remedies, and online courses are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Since these are personalized and intangible products, refunds cannot be processed after delivery.

2. Consultations (Live or Recorded)

No refunds will be issued once a consultation has been completed.

If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule once by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without notice will be treated as a completed service, and no refund will be issued.

3. Technical Issues

If you face a technical issue (e.g., video not playing, file not received), we will make every effort to resolve it or resend the product.

If we are unable to deliver the product/service due to our fault, a full refund will be processed.

4. Payments & Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

AstrologiStar is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party processors.
