Processing time for remedies, gemstones, perfumes, or other physical items is usually 2–4 working days.

Customized items (e.g., personalized remedies, yantras, or reports) may take longer, depending on the nature of the request.
2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India (and internationally where mentioned).

Standard delivery time: 5–10 working days within India, and 10–21 working days for international orders.

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain value.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of purchase.
5. Damaged / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit (as per eligibility).
6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the spiritual and customized nature of our products (yantras, gemstones, remedies, perfumes, etc.), returns are not accepted once delivered.

Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong product sent by us.
7. International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
