At AstrologiStar, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time for remedies, gemstones, perfumes, or other physical items is usually 2–4 working days.

  • Customized items (e.g., personalized remedies, yantras, or reports) may take longer, depending on the nature of the request.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (and internationally where mentioned).

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 working days within India, and 10–21 working days for international orders.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain value.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details at the time of purchase.


5. Damaged / Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We will review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit (as per eligibility).


6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the spiritual and customized nature of our products (yantras, gemstones, remedies, perfumes, etc.), returns are not accepted once delivered.

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong product sent by us.


7. International Orders

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • AstrologiStar is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
